The evening at the restaurant brings together gastronomy, music, and atmosphere. At its core is CLC’s cuisine, focused on rare ingredients, precise technique, and respect for the natural flavors of each product.
Guests may choose from an à la carte menu or a chef’s tasting menu built around Japanese beef, premium ingredients sourced from Japan, lobster, seafood, caviar, foie gras, and black truffle.
The dinner may be complemented by wine pairings or a curated collection of signature cocktails, where original recipes, rare ingredients, and a precise balance of flavors extend the culinary philosophy of the kitchen.





As Night Evolves
Every evening from 6:00 PM, the restaurant welcomes guests — for dinner, an aperitif at the bar, or the beginning of an evening that can seamlessly evolve into a more dynamic experience.
As the night unfolds, the space fills with music and visual accents, transitioning into a more expressive performance and a livelier atmosphere closer to midnight.
